    Do you have any special holidays, cultural events etc!!

    Yes one of the best tourist attraction for me here in Qatar is the Islamic Museum..

    Darling, you can go to Islamic Museum in your car. But there is timing for the working hours of Museum. I think most of the days, the timing is till 5 pm. But on saturday its working till 8 pm.

    Ramadan-2015-timings-opening-hours for Museums, Katara Cultural Village and Souq Waqif are:-

    Museums
    Museum of Islamic Art (MIA)

    Open daily from 8 pm – 12 am (midnight) except Tuesday and Friday, it’s closed.

    MIA Library

    Open daily from 8 pm – 12 am (midnight) except Tuesday and Friday, it’s closed.

    MIA Park

    Open daily from 6 pm – 2 am except Tuesday, it’s closed.

    For more information, call 4422 4444.

    Mathaf, Arab Museum of Islamic Art

    Mathaf exhibitions are open daily from 8 pm to 12 am (midnight).

    For more information, call 4402 8855.

    Sheikh Faisal Bin Qassim Al Thani Museum

    Open daily from 8 am – 2 pm except Fridays.

    Souq Waqif
    The souq is open daily from 9 am – 2 pm and 4 pm till late.

    Restaurants and cafes will be closed in the morning and will open in the evening for Iftar at around 6:15 pm and remain open until Suhour at 3 am.

    For more information, call 4433 6666.

    Katara Cultural Village
    Restaurants and cafes at Katara will open for Iftar and remain open until 2:30 am.

    For more information, call 4408 0000.

    Coming Eid, starting 17 July, there are many activities going on in Doha, almost all the Malls, Souq Waqif and Katara are hosting performances, entertainment for kids, etc. Hope you may not get bored this Eid. Due to hot weather most programs are indoors.
