White or Brown Kubus?

I wondered what's the difference of these two Kubus aside from its color. Because in our mess hall, there are packs for Brown and packs for White Kubus.

What is the English term for kubus? Based in my opinion maybe brown color is healthier than white color because it is made out from pure wheat.Im not sure if I'm correct that's why I'm asking for English term of kubus so I can Google about it.

 

I think Pita Bread... My Lebanese boss also told me that brown kubus is better and healthier than the white one. More on fiber maybe?
