In UAE anyone using the smartphone instant messaging app to threaten or harm anybody will face its offence either will land on jail and deportation for the expats. Just like incident that happened in UAE that a man landed on huge fine as much as the figure above for the offence committed against a cyber crime law introduced in the UAE in October last year that made online verbal insult a criminal offence.

Authorities in the UAE last month warned that sending a middle finger emoji symbol would also be punishable under the law.

So be careful folks we are on someone elses land, lets not abuse the use of whatsApp for any bad intentions. Use it as per its purpose.

Too much of something is bad enough. You can express your anger but not to the extent of swearing someone else and sending those foul emoji symbols. If you are being provoked by someone else, that's not a ground for using offensive language. Better block the person rather than you will end up in jail and paying somebody who made you do what you were not supposed to do.
