Understand that juicing may benefit but eating raw fruits by chewing is more beneficial/better for health, what I believe.

I think they have the same effect because these fruit/vegetable juice are from raw produce. Sometimes I do this, mixture of carrots and orange and nothing else. It tastes great!

Whole fruit is better for at least four reasons:

    1. Juice is quickly digested, and all that fruit sugar (fructose) is dumped into the system at the same time which isn't good especially if you tend towards diabetes.

    2. Whole fruit takes a while to digest so it acts as an appetite suppressor. This is better for diabetics.

    3. The juice is more fattening because you consume more calories drinking the juice than chewing the fruit.

    4. The body needs all the fiber it can get, and when you juice you are discarding all the fiber.
