Do you think guys under qualified employee in a company is a high risk in a certain company?
Some companies will say that the cost of taking someone on with no experience is prohibitive. But Its not. They use paired leadership and paired teamwork. Each new hire has someone to coach and train him or her, and within a few months, or weeks in some cases, they’re fully up to speed and online.
They just need to recognize their potential, and then create and maintain an environment that allows them to be nurtured, developed and then to shine.
    What about you opinion guys??

For me, it's not really a high risk but will slow down a bit the progress of work. There's always orientation, coaching and training to every newly hired employee. Sometimes those who were trained eventually surpass the trainer in terms of productivity. That's why it is required to consider these newly hired individuals under probationary period, to see the improvement and potential of his ability.

For me I think it's not necessary that employers or hiring managers will judge easily just because the applicant is lack of qualifying experience then he doesn't deserve to be hired. I think it matters with the traits or characteristics of the individual. That's why during the interview process the hiring manager should be keen enough to determine if the applicant has the traits potential for him to grow and become a star player in the company as days go by. If an applicant has respect, loyalty, commitment, initiative, eagerness, love, faith and trust that he will soon shine up then he is a right candidate. There are qualified people being hired but the company cost them a lot because of their attitude.

Sometimes the company is urged to find a replacement of an employee who resigned. Instead of going through with the hiring process that normally takes time and resources of the company, internal hiring is the quickest move. Some construction companies pulled out some of their site workers to do an office work, clerical works. If a worker can communicate in English then he will get a chance to be trained and put under probationary period.

Yes some companies use it as strategy to save them from the cost of hiring another one from outside. It's also good for someone in the company whose position from the bottom and given a chance to be pulled up and it gives him more self esteem and gratitude that he would stay longer.

I think more unqualified people who even dont know how to communicate in english are being recruited by companies in key jobs. English is a must for any good job. Language proficency matters when recruiting personnel in any company.
