Currently, the 2-year ban in Qatar still remains when you resigned. Is it applicable also when the company terminated you from service whether due to redundancy or other reasons?

I think unless your former employer filed to black list you in Qatar, you will not be able to come back in Qatar for sometime. If not, you can still come provided that your employer issued you a No Objection Certificate for you to come back to Qatar on another company sponsorship.

For everyone to know in Qatar if someone resigns or wish to join other company on returning back in Qatar. NOC is required, which enables him to come next day. If his company gives his release then NOC is not required, he can find another job and Resident Permit get transferred from his old employer to new. These days CID clearance from his native country is a must, that I am talking about INDIANS, for other nationality their country rules may matter.
