Qatar Road Safety...how to implement this??

1.Most important method to bring down accidents is strict enforcement ofspeed limits.90 % of accidents can be avoided by strict enforcement ofspeed limits.
2.Heavy Penalty should be imposed on ALL those who cross speed limits. Ifthis is strictly implemented, nobody will dare to go at high speed.
3Existing speed limits should be brought down further.
4.Heavy penalty should be imposed for those who cause accidents.

What are your points of view guys..

 

I also want to add something Rolita just to bring up the incident happened last year where a family and friends died when their vehicle burned up. It was stated on the news that the one responsible was not a license driver.So anybody caught driving on the road without a license and driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while on mobile should should be heavily penalised

 

Yes Darling it's very sad incidents..all drivers should this qualities to be a good drivers
Concentration, Anticipation (Defensive driving) Skill, Attitude, Knowledge and Self-discipline.

 

Sad to know sometimes that there are really people on a road incident that even you know you are on the right way you know it's you who will give way for them in order to avoid clashes. Also there are incidents in parking a car that the one who first found the car parking is the one who will give way for others because others are already angry at you because they want to take that place. Do you have any advice on how to handle this kind of incident.

 

More camera installation and of course, self discipline while driving is important.

 

Drivers should be more observant and pay more attention to roads sign while driving and avoid using communication gadgets while driving eg mobile phones ipads. Again keep check of your vehicle service and last and not least make sure your always on your SAFETY BELT.
