Today qatar is developing very fast Ma Sha Allah and my Allah give it more sucess and prosperity, but still their is a lot of problem for parking car in many many areas such as muglina, gunaiem, Mattar Qadeem, Maezar, Rayyan and so on. Mostly in commercial areas. We request the governtment to make better parking areas before giving any permission for any commercial or residential building in such areas.

Recently there was a news regarding cheaper prices of vehicles, and this is one of the disadvantages, the cheaper the vehicles the more people can afford to buy and so the lesser the parking space will be.

but sometimes people don’t make full use of the car parks that exist already. people are willing to pay fines for wrong parking, or even struggle to park as close as possible to their offices, but not to park in a proper parking lot.
Souq Waqif is a case in point. Right across the road, connected to the souq by an underground tunnel, is a multilevel basement car park that’s often empty.
