    Michelin-star winning chef Alain Ducasse’s restaurant at the Museum of Islamic Art stands out as a stunning place to experience suhoor in Doha. Not only is there the stunning location on the top floor of the remarkable MIA building, complete with sea and skyline views, but a specially selected menu is served up during Ramadan. From mezze including intriguing options such as fusion takes on traditional classics such as a rabbit and foie gras pate en croute ‘Fesenjean’ and saffrom cromesquis and shellfish to sharing dishes such as Ducaisse’s signature vegetable pot. Five per cent of the menu price will be donated to the Sheikh Eid Charitable Association.
