What are some of the document needed for one to rent a house if your new arriving or relocating in Qatar?

 

For you to rent a property, have the following handy:
- a copy of your passport
- a residence permit for Qatar
- a Qatar ID card
- a copy of the sponsor’s ID card at the time of signing the lease.

tips also for the house hunters before you made agreement with an agent you need to examine the house if electrical wirings are installed, water is fully operating and air condition is in good condition...if we dont pay any attention with these type of matters prior to occupying the place would pose a problem and disturbance in your stay...good if agents are readily available to respond to your complaints but what if it would take up so long before problem be resolved...its hard to think of finding a new house again
