Governmental or Private organization?

I'm planing to move to Qatar and i was wondering if it's better to work in a governmental or private organization?

Please let me know your thoughts

What I've heard if you work in a government oil and gas company like QP then you will be happy because they can offer you with a nice salary plus benefits

 

Working in a Government organization will be better because it will be very stress free atmosphere.But getting a Government Job here in Qatar is very difficult.

 

Yes. Working with the government is always better in terms of financial stability and work environment.

 

I would advice Government Organizations because you will be able to enjoy working in environment that suit all of you in terms of benefits, holidays, allowances.
