One of our favorite best free beach in Doha is the Al Wakra Family beach..To get to the family beach, you actually have to drive through Al Wakra, taking the second u-turn back. There's a sign on the side of the road, pointing you right, and then you travel on a two-lane road which should in no way be a two-lane road. At the end of the road, you turn left, hitting the gravel. Honest to God, it's amazing anyone ever finds these beach.. There are toilets, BBQ pits, some covered areas, and three massive playgrounds for the kids.
    and for some tips
Wear water shoes to protect your feet.
    Bring your own grill.
Carry a first aid kit. No medical services are available.
As always, take a supply of drinking water, especially food and toiletries..

How about you Guys what are other beaches you know here in Qatar..Share your experience and thoughts..

I went to Sealine beach and I loved it there. We were able to ride a camel, to hike on top of the dessert. I wish to go back there because the last time I was there was year 2009 I think. :)

I also tried Fuwairit beach during our company summer getaway. It was very far but worth it. It's located in the north of Qatar after Ras Laffan.

We didn't go there. We only stayed in one place, that picture I posted above. The water is crystal clear... Loved it!
