    One of the things you consider is Before accepting a job offer in Qatar, ensure that you get a copy of the employment contract, as you are bound to meet the terms on the written contract. On the other hand, it is also possible that you may not receive what you expect in case it is not included in the contract. Therefore, you will have to study every detail mentioned in the contract and negotiate the details.

    It's a common phenomenon where you find yourself struggling from the word go since one never understood the contract from time of signing it and no copy is provided, it's very significant that employees should understand what the contract bound them to do by given some brief explanation verbally that will enhance more clerical understanding despite just reading and signing.

    Most of us got overwhelmed when we received an offer or contract from our agency/employer and we usually check on the salary, overtime and workdays only. Because we need a job we think that this is it and sign. We have to read the contract verbatim and if we don't understand or we have doubts in mind ask the employer to explain. Unfortunately some of us if we found the three factors I mentioned above in the contract, we don't ask what we didn't find.
