As the holy month of Ramadan is fast approaching, help me list below the Do's and Don'ts during this season.

    Don'ts:
    • Don't eat or drink in public places
    • Don't smoke during Ramadan hours
    • Don't chew gums during fasting hours
    • Don't wear shorts, mini-skirts or sleeveless outfits when going to public places (applicable at all times especially for women)
    • Don't use abusive or offensive language (applicable at all times)
    • Don't drink alcohol for the entire month of Ramadan
    • Don't play music loud

    Do's:
    • Do check the timings of malls to avoid waiting
    • Do check the work timings in your company. It should be reduced to 36hrs per week.
    • Do exchange Ramadan greetings
    • Do listen to music using headset
    • Do show respect to those who are fasting
    • Do check if someone is fasting before offering foods

In addition to that the following are:
    1. If you are on public places like markets, malls, office speak softly so you will not disturb those fasting and praying.
    2. Drivers drive safely on roads always give way to those you think fasting drivers.
3.If you are blessed this Ramadan share your blessings to people you know who are starving for love and food
4.Even you are not Muslim but it's good if you also pause for a moment with them in prayer to pray for the less fortunate and victims of calamities.
    5. Give love and care to everyone and pray for each other.
