Antonio here's what you need yo obtain your Hamad Health Card

Residents: Copies of your passport and visa or ID, two photographs (4cmX3cm) and a fee of QR100.

Children: valid birth certificate and vaccination card.

Once you have gathered all the documents you need and completed the application form, visit a Health Card Office at any HMC clinic or at the Rumailah Hospital to complete the necessary forms

Remember to take all your documents and make sure you go in the morning, as they do not accept health card applications in the afternoon. Early morning is best, as each centre will have a different cut-off time for accepting applications.

As far as I know In women's hamad hospital
Since u don't have rp u will be charged as a visitor- the charges are as follows- day care procedures 1200; common bed 400; private room 1800; VIP suite 2700. Small operation- 2400, medium operation 3600 ; major operation - 5400; normal delivery 1000. So depending on what kind of procedure u want- u can get the price.hope it helped.
if you have the hamad card it will cost u only 200 -400 max get the card now it costs only 100 QAR. But i think you need an RP in order you to pay less...

To obtain your Health Card, please visit the nearest government health center if you are married and your family is living in Qatar. For other cases, you need to visit any of the expatriate health centers to complete the necessary forms. Please bring the following:
    • Qataris: Copies of your passport or ID, a photograph (4cmX3cm) and a fee of QR50.
    • Residents: Copies of your passport, visa, ID, lease contract and Kahramaa bill, two photographs (4cmX3cm) and a fee of QR100.
    • Children: Valid birth certificate and vaccination card.
