Learning Arabic

Can someone post any Arabic daily usage sentences or words with English meanings because I am really interested to learn some for free.

I've been in Qatar for how many years but I can only count my Arabic words from the tip of my fingers. I would love to learn more. Hope someone can share. Thanks!
