Labor issues in Qatar..

With regard to the issue concerning the conditions of workers in Qatar the Emir said that mistakes had been occurred in the past and that Qatar was not perfect in all things. But the good news is that Qatar has made significant changes to maintain the rights of workers and to provide favourable conditions for them..

Yes more new rules and favourable to all..

 

I believe that if the new Kafala system will be implemented it gives much freedom to the workers here to choose a working environment where they are happy and stay longer in Qatar

ya main problem is job shifting exit permit and 2 year ban for coming back

I got a lot of offers from different companies, higher than what I am earning now. I've been loyal to the company for years but the situation now is different as you grow older, you gain more responsibilities. so you have to earn more. Unfortunately my company doesn't give us NOC. Hoping one day kafala system will be revised so everybody gets great opportunity.

 

I personally know one of person, who is waiting for this new rule since last many years.
My advice is that please do not build castle on sand.
Wait n watch n then plan......

 

Everybody has been waiting for that and has been hopeful for the greater good.
