This year the holy month of Ramadan falls in the summer, making fasting a tough task for Muslims, who abstain from food and drink until sunset.
As the body loses liquids, Muslims need to drink more after Iftar in order to avoid dehydration.
Break ur fast with lots of water followed by fruits.. this will help prevent dehydration and gastric troubles.. try not to eat too much oily food immedistely after breaking fast
And when you drink water after fasting, don't drink too much at once like 2 glasses of water at once to lessen the stress on the heart. Drink little by little until you reach your thirst satisfaction. And when you eat fruits or vegetables, choose those with high level of water content.
Healthy eating and happy life
Meats, legumes, eggs and dairy products are rich in proteins. Ensure you have at least one of these sources in every Ramadan meal since proteins are very important for you body cells. They also increase your satiety level thus reducing the temptation for eating sweets.
