This year the holy month of Ramadan falls in the summer, making fasting a tough task for Muslims, who abstain from food and drink until sunset.
As the body loses liquids, Muslims need to drink more after Iftar in order to avoid dehydration.

And when you drink water after fasting, don't drink too much at once like 2 glasses of water at once to lessen the stress on the heart. Drink little by little until you reach your thirst satisfaction. And when you eat fruits or vegetables, choose those with high level of water content.

Meats, legumes, eggs and dairy products are rich in proteins. Ensure you have at least one of these sources in every Ramadan meal since proteins are very important for you body cells. They also increase your satiety level thus reducing the temptation for eating sweets.

Thank you for this useful info admin @qatarforum and added to this info Headaches happen as a result of a sudden change in nutritional habits and a reduced supply of fluids in the body, as well as changes to sleep patterns, which may cause muscle pain and fatigue. Skipping a morning cup of tea, coffee or breakfast can also cause headaches. So guys please keep safe everyone..
