    4. It massages your legs
    5. It strengthens your muscle
    6. It reduces cholesterol and avoids diabetes
    7. It improves your blood circulation

    9. It sharpens your mind/concentration
    10. To live longer
    Spend a 30-minute of walking. It's very simple, easy and affordable!

    I think the best time to have walking nowadays is after 5pm or 6 pm while summer is on.

    I agree. There's still sunshine that will help you perspire easily. But if your working time is beyond that you can do it early in the morning. Just rest a little bit before going for a shower. It's good to start your day with an exercise because you have a whole night of rest unlike sometimes in the afternoon after work, we are tired already. In this case, giving enough time for your body to re-energize is essential before doing outdoor activities.

    One important point not mentioned.Varicose vein prevention. Walking uses muscles in the lower legs which pumps blood back up to the heart and avoids it pooling in the lower limbs.

    I have a sciatica its a painful feeling on nerves on my legs once i overdo my activities. Im afraid the 30 minute would trigger it again and causing me not to walk or find it difficulty to walk.

    In that case perhaps you have to slow down when walking.
