For eg: to check whether there is any scratches will be tough to find out in normal screen. so select any color like red or green so that we can easily find out even a minute scratch in the screen.

dial the secret code *#*#7378423#*# OR *#*#7378423#*#*

You will get the following options

Servce Info - In this you can get model info, software info, SIM lock and configuration

Service setting

Service Test - In this option you will get most of the test for your mobile like LCD, vibration, camera, sensor (accelerometer sensor, proximity sensor, magnetic sensor), touch screen, speaker, earphone and much more.

Customization Setting

For those who cannot remember the numbers, the code is actually read *#*#SERVICE#*#*

 

After dialing *#0*# no need to press any keys, and make sure that you are typing the code correctly.

Additional tip when buying used phone, check the battery, most of the used phones have battery problem.
