Implementing Health and safety measure in Qatar especially Qatar Construction

Management must not only provide their workers with the right safety tools, but also equip them with understanding on proper use and maintenance of these tools.
What are your opinion guys here...

 

Our company always make sure to conduct safety training and seminar before going to work. It's essential to have zero time loss accident.

We may not be an employee of the construction project or part of the contractors or safety team but even we are just mere observers in the construction site once we find something that is dangerous for the safety of others then we can go to authorities and report so to prevent the incident to happen.

Put in place a Supervisor observing workers at all time in the work environment to check those who don't comply with the safety standards of proper use of work tools.

 

yes i agree with you putting someone in a site as watcher and approves in every single action of the workers to prevent the accident that we dont really want to happen.

 

It's a must. They are safety officers orienting their workers every morning prior the start of site activities and monitoring them every now and then.
